Ye Naing

Ye Naing delivering his paintings.

When I was a child I had dreams. I dreamed of being a painter and writer. When I was in years 3,4,5 at primary school I painted landscapes and animals very well.
Later on I moved to Rangoon, and I studied for one year at National Art School in Rangoon in Burma.

In Bangkok I became a member of “Overseas National Students Organization (Burma)”. I arrived in Australia 1997. Also at that time I wrote poems, story, articles, and I worked as a librarian, editor, and chief editor (Human Village Journal, New Tig Journal) in Burmese language about 20 years.

After 20 years I joined Diploma of Fine Arts course at Campbelltown College in Macarthur and studied Art. I had the course -
Now I study “Bachelor of Fine Art at National Art School in Sydney”. I like to draw pictures. I had a good dream about my future; I wanted to be an artist.
